mosk666 Just finished watching this ultra kitschy (and pretty awful) version of The Lost World. It's never a good sign when you see real iguanas, alligators and monitor lizards with all sorts of stupid horns attached to them to pretend to be dinosaurs! The acting and dialogue was ridiculous at times. The native girl (Vitina Marcus) was the best part of the film! The guy playing guitar throughout the film was only "playing" a 4 string guitar! When you look closely you see that the guitar doesn't have any strings on it and the sound he is supposedly making is clearly from a 6 string classical guitar that was done in a recording studio. You should get drunk and/or high before you watch it so it might attain 2 stars instead of 1! Rated 1/5 Stars • Rated 1 out of 5 stars 04/03/24 Full Review Steve D Just pure cheese at this point. Rated 0.5/5 Stars • Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 01/25/24 Full Review William R. P a rich woman (Jill St. John) in pink pants Rated 1/5 Stars • Rated 1 out of 5 stars 10/10/23 Full Review Blu B It has all of Allen's trademarks on it. Everything is pretty much subpar. The Lizard/Gator fight is laughably bad (Horns glued onto his head) and disturbing at the same time because you can tell there really having them bite each other. The acting is wooden, filled with too many characters, and none ofthem save for Rains is given any character at all and all just blend in. All they ever do is rattle off plot expose constantly standing around with basic camerawork. The ses are creative and there is ambition in the design but it all looks cheap. On top of that once they arrive on the island in the middle it feels like stuff just happens with no real flow of events. Just stuff to show off the chessy effects. The music is boring but probably the best thing which isn't saying much. I can't really recommend this to anyone. Skip it. Rated 2.5/5 Stars • Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 10/03/23 Full Review CodyZamboni Movie is cheesy and dumb, with dinosaurs being played by live iguanas, and baby crocs with horns glued on their heads.A spectacular mess.Given all that, I admit, the movie is never boring.
